Cereal Balancer Mix

Cereal Balancer Mix is the mix equivalent of the Cereal Balancer Pellet again designed to be mixed with oats or other cereals to make a complete feed. Due to the nature of the ingredients used in this feed there is quite a ‘loose’ texture to the product and it does not have the same visual appearance as a standard muesli feed. This balancer corrects the natural deficiencies found in oats and other cereals.

Instructions for use

Complementary feed for horses and ponies as a supplement to ad-lib forage and water. Feed GAIN Cereal Balancer Mix as a concentrated cereal balancer to growing and adult horses and ponies. Do not feed more than 0.5kg/day/100kg bodyweight. Feeding 1kg per 2kg oats gives a balanced 15% protein concentrate feed suitable for breeding stock. Feed 0.15-0.5kg/day/100kg bodyweight . Do not exceed the recommended maximum feeding rate. Feed in small meals (max. 0.5kg/100kg bodyweight) spread regularly throughout the day. Adjust feeding rates for bodyweight, condition, work, weather and forage. Do not feed with forage from high selenium soils. Do not feed to sheep or other livestock. Store in a cool dry place.
